Policy to accumulate points when shopping

  • 1. Registration rules: Applicable at all Pleats Kora Vietnam systems

    2. Audience:  All individual customers. Not applicable to wholesalers, agents and store employees.

    3. Conditions of participation:  You have a shopping bill from 1,000,000 VND.

    4. How to register:

    For customers who shop at the store:   For the first time shopping, please provide basic information for store staff to register for membership and accumulate shopping reward points. The KHTT code is also the phone number you register when paying in person or online.

    For customers buying online: Register an account when buying online at Pleats Kora’s official website: www.pleatskora.vn. Or ask a counselor for support.

    5. Scoring method:

    Reward point conversion rate: 10,000 VND = 01 point.
    Please read the KHTT code (Personal phone number) for the cashier before charging. The system cannot enter points manually after billing.
    Points are accumulated after each successful transaction and  after deducting discounts and promotions (if any).
    The value of invoices of purchases will be stored and accumulated by the system to calculate points.

    6. Loyalty Customer Benefits:

    When accumulating shopping bills with the amount of VND 50,000,000 points or more, you will enjoy VIP incentives.

    10% discount for each purchase (applicable to purchase invoices after accumulating points )VIP
    Buy attractive products at special monthly prices.
    Year-end gratitude gifts when accumulated points reach the limit (1-year cycle from January 1 to December 31) depending on company policy.
    Birthday month gift 1,000,000vnd voucher + silk scarf value. (voucher is deducted from next purchase)

    When accumulating shopping bills with the amount of VND 200,000,000 points or more, you will enjoy incentives for V.VIP

    20% discount for each purchase (applicable to purchase invoices after accumulating points) V.VIP

    **NOTE:

    – In order to protect the interests of customers, Pleats Kora only gives gifts to the name of KHTT account holder who carries identification documents or SMS messages about gift giving from Pleats Kora.

    – Some cases do not accumulate points:

    Do not accumulate points for discounts (only the last bill)
    Do not accumulate points for orders paid with bonus points.
    Do not accumulate points for bills paid with vouchers.
